Finishing Up

We have all been working with the wood in the garage before it gets too hot.  The bookshelf is now finished.  We need another one:

The dark finish hides the imperfections quite well.  It is more of a show piece than a book shelf, so it will likely get reassigned  from books to other stuff.

The table and benches are finished and today for Mother's day we used the set for a meal for the first time.  We are pleased with how it turned out:

The leaves need one more coat of Tung oil and there is still a sitting room table and a clock to build.
